Shipping Information

We ship our products worldwide. We prefer to use DHL as a shipping service provider. For bulky goods, we often ship with DPD. Shipping fees within the EU are automatically calculated by our system during checkout.

Third countries outside the EU
For shipping to countries outside the EU, we prefer to use DHL Prime to ensure fast and safe delivery. If desired, we can also ship with UPS or DPD.

However, our system cannot automatically calculate the many prices for shipping to third countries, which change almost weekly. We therefore contact customers from third countries after placing the order to inform them of the actual shipping costs and the associated additional costs. It is of course possible to cancel the order.
