This simulator for Montante made of foam and rubber has been specially designed and produced for training with high safety aspect for adults. It has an oval handle so that a realistic feel for where the cutting edges of the blade are located. In addition, the blade is not round but flat / square, so that a feeling for the cutting edges remains. With these training swords adults can make their first experiences in practice fencing and many game and training forms under best security. Supplemented with a fencing mask, very technical and tactical fights and competitions can already be organized.
Due to its heavy weight, the Montante is still dangerous in the fray and should be wielded with care and caution. It is very suitable to practice group fights (e.g. defense of a guard) and the fight against several opponents. All participants should have foam weapons. The skin of this product will not hold up against hard weapons made of steel, wood, nylon or similar.
