This broadsword (basket sword) made of foam and rubber was developed and produced especially for trainings with high safety aspect for our EXCALIBUR KIDS LINE.
It has an oval handle so that a realistic feeling of where the cutting edges of the blade are located is created. In addition, the blade is not round but flat/angular, so that a feeling for the cutting edges remains.
With these training swords the children can make their first experiences in training fights and many forms of play under best safety. Complemented with a fencing mask, fights and competitions can already be organized.
